Jordan Bilger

Jordan is a CDIS major with a minor in Entrepreneurship working on interviews and video editing for the Deaf Experience, Deaf Expression (DXDX) project. She joined the lab in Fall 2022 as part of an honors course and became the Video Editing Manager in Spring 2024.

"I originally became intrigued by the initiative and the idea that the DXDX project will broaden my understanding of the experiences and way of life in the Deaf community. Through my time as a part of the DXDX project I have been able to learn more about the experiences of people with hearing loss and how they are able to adjust to their barriers. While learning about each participant's unique experience, I have found ways to better advocate for them and appreciate them."
