The Deaf Experience, Deaf Expression (DXDX) Project made its debut at both ASHA and OSHA this fall! Undergrad team leader Bailey Smith helped present posters virtually at these national and state conventions, joined by our former graduate student and team leader, Madison Pearson, who is now an SLP at Hearts for Hearing. We gave an overview of the project and the progress we've made so far, and we made connections with others who might be interested in participating or using the resource we're building. For OSHA, Madison, Bailey, and I turned our poster into a live virtual lightning talk and had some great Q&A with attendees. For ASHA, we recorded an audio tour of our poster and had live Q&A with researchers and SLPs from around the country.
